We proudly offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum purchase required. All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partner, PostEx, to ensure reliable and smooth delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, although remote areas may require a little more time. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email so you can monitor your order in real time.

Please make sure your shipping details, including address and contact number, are accurate to avoid any delays or failed deliveries. Our courier partner may attempt delivery 2–3 times, after which the order may be returned if unsuccessful. While we always strive for timely delivery, there may occasionally be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational issues, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
