Naturalgleam reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, products, services, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Naturalgleam reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, verification issues, or suspicion of non-serious intent. In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded through the original payment method, and no further liability shall arise.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of order placement. Naturalgleam shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to such errors may be charged to the customer.

All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are obligated to make full payment at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future orders.

Naturalgleam products are intended strictly for personal use and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized resale or misuse of our products.

While we strive to ensure product quality, Naturalgleam makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, suitability, or results of its products. All products are used at the customer’s own risk. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test prior to use. Naturalgleam shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, damages, or adverse effects arising from the use or misuse of any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturalgleam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or purchase/use of our products.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Naturalgleam and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Non-Serious / Fake Orders Policy: Naturalgleam maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fake, non-serious, or fraudulent orders. Orders identified as suspicious—including but not limited to incomplete or unverifiable contact details, repeated order placements followed by refusal to accept delivery, or patterns indicating misuse of the Cash on Delivery service—may be cancelled without notice. Naturalgleam reserves the right to blacklist such customers, restrict future order placements, and take necessary action to recover any losses incurred, including but not limited to shipping, handling, and operational costs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your intent to purchase is genuine.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Naturalgleam reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
